On my pc you go into the Graphic Options and have the Panel Fix then Full Screen / no border. I found the picture above on the net, to show what I am talking about.

What is missing is the Intel Control Panel, in trying to find a picture to show here I see Intel site has video drivers for Win 10, I will check what version is on the pc and download, which should get me the Control Panel

this pc does have the VGA and 2 Video Port, we are connected to VGA. this pc only has the Onboard video, I always get Dell to add a VGA port to the motherboard some customers have older monitor.
